CNLINKO’s DL28 Series high-current connectors are compact industrial waterproof connectors designed for high-power equipment. Built to the M28 form factor, they support currents up to 50A while being nearly 50% smaller than IEC 60309 plugs and offering twice the current capacity. They are ideal for space-constrained applications such as power distribution boxes, energy storage systems, and solar inverters.
The dual-locking mechanism—combining a twist-lock bayonet with a retaining collar—prevents accidental disconnection in high-vibration environments. A finger-safe design passes standard finger-probe safety testing to reduce the risk of accidental contact. Front-face and side sealing provide both IP68 and IPX9K protection, while the housing offers UL 94 V-0 flame resistance, F1-rated UV resistance, and reliable performance across a wide temperature range.
The DL28 Series is protected by six patents, certified by TÜV, UL, and CE, and recognized with both the German iF Design Award and the U.S. IDEA Design Award.
